Who ships my order?
Orders ship via UPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within one week after payment confirmation. However, large-volume or custom orders may require extra processing time. If this happens, we will notify you right away so you can plan accordingly.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is the minimum shipping charge?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The minimum shipping charge is $9.99.

Returns

How do returns work?
Personal-use and consumable products are not returnable. Opened or used items are not returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and exclusions. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lab results (COA)

How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Email underdogs@orvani.group and we will send you the Certificate of Analysis for the batch you received. Include the product name and, if you have them, the flavour or strain, the batch or lot number, the 12-digit barcode, or your order number. A COA covers one specific batch. Published lab reports are also listed on this site, grouped by brand.

Age & eligibility

Does this site have an age check?
The site shows a 21+ age-confirmation interstitial. The acknowledgement is stored only in the visitor's own browser and persists until cleared — it is not re-asked on a timer.
